A. Yes, we give discounts based upon the quantity of your order.

Q. Do you make any guarantees?
A. Yes, we take pride in the high quality of our products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order we will make every effort to refund or replace your item.

Q. How soon will I get my order?
A. Most in stock items ship within 5 business days. If the item is not in stock it may add up to 4 days.

Q. How will my order be shipped to me?
A. All orders are shipped UPS ground Unless other arrangements a made.

Q. Will you provide me with a proof?
A. Yes, we provide you with two proofs at no extra charge. Additional proofs cost $7.50 each. You should receive your first proof within 24 hours of your order.

Q. What if I need my order in a hurry?
A. Just let us know. We will make every effort to meet your time requirements.

Q. I don't see what I want on your website?
A. Our website is not all inclusive of our products. Please call us on our toll free line

Q. I don't have a logo. Can you make me one?
A. Yes, we have a full time graphic design artist on staff. We would be happy to work with you to design a logo you can be proud of.

A. Yes, just let us know what you want and we will do our best to meet your needs.
